There is a report this morning that Russians are interfering with the NG flow in Luhansk, which could lead to decrease, if not altogether stop, the flow of NG to Europe, Ukraine warns. It seems strange that the Russians themselves would cut off what Germany says they can't afford to do. War does strange things. It seems that Germany should get busy to build LNG receiving structures, the sooner the better. All this could increase the price of NG and most certainly the fluctuations. I read this morning, too, that some European towns are closing swimming pools (for instruction, and for therapeutics) due to the high cost of warming the water.
