That HH guy sure doesn't have a clue. 

1) Novo will never have $97M in cash, by the time August comes around and they sell the 2nd and get their cash their cash position will be down below $75M. Mostly spent on more "grade control"

2) bashers got it right. It was either a raise or selling the NFG shares. Since the NFG shares were secured against the loan they had no choice but to sell the stack to walk away with some pocket money. 

3) Novo has already spent upwards of $100M trying to make BC work. What's another $100M right? 

4) enough cash for two years max.
