Best guess is that there was a bit of a leak on the upcoming financing which would then explain the recent action in the SP. 

On a positive note, this is a strong vote of confidence from the investment community given that we only began to hold above this financing level for the first time about 5 weeks ago. In addition, it's also the big boys participating in the financing instead of the second tier investment firms. GLTA
