RE:t.CNE used to be a great stock...it really should be @ $5 The stock does appear to have stagnated. I assume that is based on the fact that they are operating on take or pay contracts.
I am just wondering how much of their production ihas to go to satisfy their contractual obligations and how long they are set into the future? While the contracts are good for a stable divy, obviously exposure to the global natural gas prices might provide a boost to revenue.
It seems to me that Columbia might be a very convenient hub for LNG shipments and facilities as it stradles Panama and has access to both the Pacific and the Atlantic oceans without having to use, pay for or wait for Panama Canal shipping.
Being a neighbour of Venezuala might also provide it with the opportunity to be a buffer between Venezuala and the the rest of the world for O&G exportation offering slightly increased governmental stability.
I would be surprised if VET is not taking a hard look at this area and this company.
