The Shaws pretty much only hold the voting stock - in other words they control all the votes but have around 3% of the equity. A little misbalanced even by TSX standards imo.

Not from what i see at ink research, they own way more class B shares 10 million and class A only 2 million, th company just cancelled another bunch of class B ,
