Lawsuit Against PT TMS Not Accepted

THE State Administrative Court Jakarta (PTUN) finally issued a decision regarding Elbie Piter Cs' lawsuit against the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (Defendant I) and PT Tambang Mas Sangihe (Defendant of Intervention).

In case No. 146/G/2021/PTUN.Jkt, the court decided not to accept the claim from the plaintiffs. "Declare that the plaintiffs' claims and the intervening plaintiffs are not accepted," reads the verdict issued Wednesday, April 20, 2022.Lawsuit Against PT TMS Not Accepted
