Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

We would never get the right price in a buyout. I'm not in this name to get bought out at $25. If commodities stay where they are ($100wti / $6-7 ng) this sucker could be at $45 in a few years. That's what I'm here for.

Nevermind if commodities go any higher than that.
