Novo Resources Corp. is a gold explorer focused on discovering gold projects. The Company is engaged primarily in the business of evaluating, acquiring, exploring, and developing natural resource properties with a focus on gold. Its key project area is the Egina Gold Camp, where De Grey Mining is farming-in to form a JV at the Becher Project and surrounding tenements through exploration. The Company is also advancing gold exploration at Nunyerry North. It focuses on undertaking early-stage exploration across its Pilbara tenement portfolio. It has also formed a lithium joint venture with SQM Australia Pty Ltd (SQM) in the Pilbara, which provides shareholder exposure to battery metals. Its Belltopper Gold Project comprises the adjacent Malmsbury and Queens projects.

Haha ES is already up. Novo about to spend that money on more grade control at BC and cover their losses there.

Oh and Sumi didn't take an equity position in Novo. Lol they walked away from the farmin. They were to spend up to $30M only put in $6M and said nah this smells. So that $6M we put in we want that money back. So as per the agreement they were able to convert the funds they put in into shares.

why haven't any insiders, Es, crescat, newmont, kl,Sumi, management, board bought any shares in the open market?
