I used the days' "sea of red" to sell weakest stocks for tax losses to offset gains that needed offsetting. Reliq was not one I sold. Building some cash now to take advantage of political dinking's crashing certain market sectors that I doubt can be held down. 

In adding to Reliq, I like to do it in small lots at a time paying at market, which, I fantasize probably, makes it harder for shorters to walk the stock price down.
