Woah. Why are you being deceitful wisguy? "Sumitomo has re engaged as a shareholder" they walked away from the farmin agreement  and were permitted to get a refund from the company on the moneys they spent in shares. They did not buy the shares in the open market or didnt become a shareholder by choice. They are simply trying to recoup the money they wasted on novo. They got a sweetheart deal. Where they had the option to get a refund on the money they put it. Why did they only spend $6M instead of the what $30M? 

Did you ask Quinton why novo took the massive write down?
