RE:Micro grids and RK natural gas Potential

I do not foresee any outcome for shareholders here other than monetization of the final asset...RK..and returning all net cash to shareholders..

My presumption here is that the estate of the diceassed majority shareholder..Afendiov..will require financial closure.
But the opps of the acquirer are wide open including deepening the wells at RK and expanding the conversion of natty gas production into power via micro grids ..just my guess
