I guess it also really depends on your timeline. 30 dollars in under two years - 50 dollars over 2-4 years? Faster if they hit something interesting up north. 

the 500 section of land they have in Peace River are really a massive wild card. If they are willing to pay 13.5 million for 14 sections of land then I suspect there is a lot of value waiting to be unlocked there.
