RE:RE:RE:RE:Apr 29 Estimated Common NAV @ 12.15, Premium @ 18.9%I'm planning to hold BK forever for the monthly income. It's going to recover someday.  If not I'll collect the dividends to the end.

The way Splits work, can be confusing.

Not that I disagree with you, things just feel different presently.

Anyway, I don't feel comfortable with the swings we're presently experiencing and I'm out of the markets for now.

Of course, I will be looking for a new entry point.

I've never been good at picking bottoms or highs, so I'm not expecting any spectacular gains.

The very odd time, I manage to sell at the high and buy on or very close to the lows.

Tried to sell BK at its high and put in an all or nothing offer to sell condition. In perfect hind sight, that was a mistake at that particular time. I felt the price still had a bit more to go and was wrong.

Anyway, that day, no one was purchasing 10k units in one go, so nothing sold and of course, the price went into decline the next day and hasn't really stopped.
