RE:RE:RE:RE:SHAMEFUL SPI dont think interest rates will go beyond 2 (may be for a shorter period of time). Reits were doing fine at 1.75 before precovid.Fed was about to cut interest rates before covid as economy was flat. I expect the same now.

It looks like some big seller dumped all reits today. I will I had more cash. Good thing is I can add more from my next paycheck
