CGX Energy Inc. is a Canada-based oil and gas exploration company. It is focused on the exploration of oil in the Guyana-Suriname Basin and the development of a deep-water port in Berbice, Guyana. The Company, through one of its subsidiaries, holds an interest in a Petroleum Prospecting Licence (PPL) and related Petroleum Agreement (PA) on the Corentyne block in the Guyana Basin, offshore Guyana. The Company, through its subsidiary Grand Canal Industrial Estates, is constructing the Berbice Deep Water Port. This facility, located on the eastern bank of the Berbice River, adjacent to and north of Crab Island in Region 6, Guyana, is being constructed on 30 acres with 400 m of river frontage. Its subsidiaries include CGX Resources Inc., GCIE Holdings Limited and CGX Energy Management Corp. It is the operator of the Corentyne block and holds a 27.48% working interest. Its Wei-1 exploration well is located west of the Kawa-1 discovery in the northern region of the Corentyne block.

RE:RE:RE:Corporate UpdateBeaner, Yeah back of the bus is right. I've remarked before by how astonished I am that nothing has leaked. I remember the pre-tour safety meetings where the OIM along with tool pushers, drill, deck and marine crews and us service hands were given a forward look at what to expect that tour. It included geological info etc. So I know that even the roustabout loading and offloading supply boats knows rig activity and much more.

It's hard for me to believe that major operators in the area don't know what Kawa found. I think that the market knows exactly what's there. So you say that there's a reason why we haven't been told final results. So now you got me wondering how releasing final results would affect, in an unwanted way, some desired outcome. And I can't think of any because I can't see any desired outcome that doesn't involve the sp to rally. Gonna sleep on it. Have a good night.
