The James Bay Lithium project

The James Bay Lithium projectFormally called the Galaxy project.

Their last series of answers to Comex were in June 2020 and then Comex fired back at them barely 2 months later with 42 pages of new questions and since then........nothing on the approval side.

But regardless of Comex, this is what is announced on their website :

Subject to necessary regulatory approvals, construction is expected to start in the third quarter of 2022, with commissioning expected in the fourth quarter of 2024.

And it looks like they do not have the federal permit either ??

Then, there is also this :
The James Bay lithium mine will receive electricity from Hydro-Quebec’s 69kV overhead distribution line located 10km south of the project site.

But for this one, contrary to the Rose project, Comex does not show building a 10km power line as a project !?
