1-Income taxes, property taxes, sale taxes. (I'm probably forgetting some) lol... anyways,  He pays taxes, he just minimizes his income ones

2- yes but this is next level. Gets it to speculate up with make shift news and then dumps. The dump we knew had to take place but no coincidence of the timming of events. 

when is Peter's next selling phase ? We should align to that. 


It will drop again today for sure with all his dumping and no material news other than some companies requesting tests
