I am not happy with the dilution as well, but Paul stated that robust organic growth is occuring so we definitely need the production facilities to meet said growth. Also, it does help reduce production costs with the added synergies, and we also get a totally new customer base in a new region. These are all positives that I hope and believe will more than offset our current stock price demise.

It's painful to see the stock plummet but keeping my emotions out of it.
