Total Manipulation!!!

I'm constantly amazed at how this stock is manipulated in the last few minutes of most trading days.

There's usually quite a bit of volume and price increases. Today, the CDN price shot up in the last few seconds to close down less gthan 1%, while the poor US price couldn't keep up and was down over 4%??

Does anybody know if CURA has a market maker? There's usually an anouncement when a company hires a market maker?
