What does success look like for GDNP in 2022?

Trying to answer this question for myself net of the recent acquistion and trending on Q1 results.

Here is my thoughts...

FY Revenue: $110M to $120M
Gross Margin 25% to 26%
Gross Profit: $29M to $30M
Operating Expenses: $34M to $36M
Net Loss: Narrows to $5M to $6M

Anyone expecting a different set of outcomes? This is assuming no additional material acqusitions in year.
