Spending My Vacay Dough Elsewhere

I am now up to a Wedding and 3 vacations where I spent my money elsewhere. As I have said before, love the country and the people. The DR became my go to vacation spot and have been there 6 times in the past. I will not spend one more dime there until they approve the permit. Call it spite, call it revenge, but I feel that the DR Gov is sticking it to investors right up the hoop and I am returning the favour.
