That's the ceiling Septa has placed on that contract, and that's in addition to the existing service contract.

Now with a solid presence and even physically inside (not sure if this has happened yet with the new hire(s) SEPTA's offices, doesn't it make GSI an even more attractive business to acquire. Beyond Motorola and Johnson Controls, Siemens could be a potential suitor as well.
