Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority ("SEPTA") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the purchase of one hundred thirty (130) Streetcars with an Option Order of up to thirty (30) additional Streetcars, as outlined in the Contract Documents until Thursday July 28, 2022 4:30 PM EST.
