RE:DoneNot necessarily, I believe it means that they have failed to meet a regulatory requirement. If they can commit to meeting it then the suspension may be lifted but without more information which they don't appear to want to give us (or more probably can't afford to pay for the SEDAR announcement) it's difficult to gauge.
