RE:RE:NHK on FB

RE:RE:NHK on FBYes, I remember reading a research report on another company that I follow that contained a comparisom of values-NHK stood out for low cost per ounce in the ground.  Intrestingly most of the other low valuations per ounce were in problematic areas, ie DRC.  Tried to figure out why this company was so discounted-when I couldn't explain it I started buying it.  I really do not know why we are a perenial bargain but I suspect it is rooted in our corporate history.  But all the shady charaters are long gone-the present day team is as blue chip as Corporate Canada gets.  The old team left a mess-literally and figuratively.  The new team is going the extra mile to do things properly.  But old perceptions die hard, if the market wants to offer a sharp discount because of what happended decades ago I am not going to argue, just going to  buy.  I was a broker for almost 3 decades, in my experience irrational mispricings like this are the safest way to make make sizable gains. So happy we are back drilling-and do not forget PDAC is late this year-might work out perfectly for us.
