Would Doug not be in the best position to determine that? I'm pretty sure he wants to grow GSI. Would the board of directors not see this? How about the employees. Would employees there not be comfortable making suggestions.
Doug and the Board are in the best position to direct daily operations and future strategies including sales reps, expansion and timing thereof.
