Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

As long Arc can increase production per share with buybacks, who cares about Treaty 8? Increase production per share and preserve the asset. It doesn't get any better than that. The hedges Arc is working through only affect free cash flow in that they have to pay the royalties on those higher missed out on prices, imo.
