Sad news on Friday May 13th but....What a big surprise on Friday May 13th from JE. I'm surprise and I still do not understand why the management raised a plan like this because this company was going back in the right direction before the weather storm and since they were able to continue the business, increase the number of customers and reduce the net deficit from almost ($600m) (March 31st) to ($127M) on December 31st. So they were on the way to have a positive shareholders network, probably not on March 31st ER but for sure on the next FY Q1. On top of it, I'm sure they were able to pay full amount of DIP. Anyway, we will receive shortly the instructions on how to vote at the meetings but I guess, the dices are already being through and the decision to accept the still of this company to be private.
