Do you work at GSI? Please stop making claims that there is "one person running everything" or "Is that all we have, just Septa?" when any monkey with a brain can find the information that
a) Doug doesn't have his hands on everything - pretty common corporately for the head honcho to rubber stamp sign off on major projects - I'm sure he reviews them briefly, but there's likely a sales team member who provides him with a summary.
and
b) GSI has revenues from other sources than Septa. It wouldn't take you long to find this out if you actually researched it.
