Think this is a surprisingly positive update but curious on that Brazeau number.

I know Westbrick is gearing up for an IPO and I think the clock is ticking on Pipestone's private equity holders and my gut is telling me that...something happens in one of those directions with SDE. They're parked in two very economic areas, split well between oil/C5/gas and are cheap. Their equity value makes it unlikely they could takeover anyone with equity, especially after they got smacked from their acquisition of Velvet (which gave us the life changing opportunity to load up between $4-5).

I think they're a component of monster energy company if someone put the right pieces together. PIPE would make sense, or Westbrick going public via KKR buying SDE and gifting them the Westbrick lands? I don't know how much longer this iteration of SDE lasts.
