The "permit" that you speak of, was attached to the Yukon/UC Commodities property, and it's previous ability to handle tailings material. The value means nothing, if you don;t get it built, working, and making money; after initial ROI payback to the lenders. I believe, and correct me if I am wrong, but is Glencore not the largest shareholder? Converted from their initial investment (of which they have NOT made another)?
