GSI presence in SEPTA office???

GSI presence in SEPTA office???A while ago there was talk about GSI having an employee physically located in a SEPTA office to provide technical support. Does anyone have a source for this? Sorry if this is obvious but it escapes my mind at the moment. Was it something Doug mentioned, or where did this originate from? Thanks.
