Yes, but it won't matter until it matters again. Not only investors lost confidence in Xebec but they also lost it in the current general bear market which certainly doesn't help. Having more debt available or more receivables doesn't help either. Just look at how fast they are burning cash without margins improving or when revenues were clawed back due to the cancellation of the sale of 2 systems. Then, add all the macro issues on top of it. Everyone got affected but xebec also fked up and put itself in a very bad position at the very wrong time.
