This is yet to be proven....IMO.
"Advantage Quebec" ...
past tense.
Quebec was an excellent mining jurisdiction till the powers to be under CCAA removed the Net Smelter Royalty in the case of Victor Cantore vs Nemaska Lithium which is before the Courts & today Blackrock Metals under CCAA before the Superior Court Commercial Division seek to remove the Net Smelter Royalty.

Hello,
"The province remains one of the most highly-regarded
#mining jurisdictions globally, in part for this reason.", that may have been the case prior to the Nemaska Lithium saga.
IQ/Nemaska and legal counsel have removed the Net Smelter Royalty (NSR) from Victor Cantore Nemaska shareholder/creditor, the Superior Court battle continues, thus far to no avail.
NSR is a fundamental right in the mining industry! How will this affect future mining projects, prospectors, claims, claim stakers, geologists, mining funding, etc?
