agreed it is still somewhat of a crapshoot the thing i would say is that the Cantone guy has purchased a boatload of shares i think he hs a sidedeal with Vinston but that is a total hunch have no actual evidence but it does make me feel more secure ....i think they (the offeror) could have been more transparent in tearms of the filings etc but it is to their advantage for the SP to stay as low as possible for as long as possible as it incents people to tender shares thereby giving them 90%+ and they can force the rest to sell at .74 can
