RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sharesthey could do so, but it limits them if in case they needed to finance tranactions down the road, so management likes flexibility and gives them runway. Another point would be the assumption that they do well and down the road hope to pay a dividend, the math on such dilution means a divi payout would be fractional at best.. You still face the hurdles I mentioned when I was invested here, a TSX Venture listing is weak, many will not trade in Venture stocks, and there are no options trade available here. I did not think mngt here could be as wasteful as they turned out to be, but they were, I took my lumps and booked when it became obvious.
