RE:Strategic Review The most straightforward option is to get to the point of producing solid and consistent results--ideally not so tied to the price of oil. The market would then take care of the rest by repricing TLA as a hot (or at least less cold) stock.
Given that TLA is so small the logical ultimate destination might indeed be a buyout (at an even higher price). That would be very nice if/when the time comes.
May 31 is (was) the last day of Q3. The company is in blackout re insider trading from 2 weeks before the quarter end until a day or two after 3Q results are reported (should be around July 20). So none of this recent trading could be done by the so-called Zucker Trust or any other insider. These trades are all being done by outsiders.
I think there's one thing that we're in complete agreement on and that is that we like the story.
