Problems: Cannabis is not a priority for GOP despite the economic engine it could be. CAOA is unrealistic and DOA. Safe Banking which will save lives and give access to social equity license holders not supported by Dems because of perception of Big Corp cash grab. Bottom line, all a Catch-22. There are no more centrists left as well as common sense.
