In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

RE:I don't quite understand the intolerance on contrarian viewsRangifer,  very few posters are willing to accept any negative liabilities. Most do not even look at fundamentals, nor do they care.

This management has been around since mid 2009. As typical with struggling oil juniors, they've funded
various plays over 13 years with share issues. Have a look at the price chart, it is rather amazing.
