Too much hostility on here.
Bottom line, this play is a very speculative play. For those that are not comfortable with that, i would say it's time for you to move on. There are no guarantees in this business. Not even CNC. Canadianpatriot has some valid concerns as do others, but I would be willing to bet with the insiders that are invested in the company. Mark has a lot of money invested so that says something. He feels that he can make this work. We dont know that for sure. Yes, if the price of nickel were to drop substantially, then forget about it. It will be over with a mine like this. Yes if the price of nickel sky rockets (as I've mentioned several times in the past I'm not in favour of), then that will just dissuade buyers and it will make it an uphill battle. It will also introduce new technologies at a much faster rate. We need that sweet spot for nickel. This mine will get built. And so will others like fpx. How profitable they'll be, only market conditions will dictate. As far as Mark's aggressive land acquisitions go, I think one of 2 things is happening. He's either hitting low grade (even lower than his threshold) and he's looking for new life or hes truly putting together a district scale that will be second to none. The thing is I think he's promoting it as district scale because that may be the the only way for this lower grade mine to be profitable. This is strictly a volume play. Consolidate and localise the properties to gain some efficiencies. Just my opinion... ...... It's funny when I first started posting a while back, on several occasions people would post that this board was among the best that they've been involved in. Not once have I heard that in the longest while. Just something to think about. GLTA
