RE:GREAT SCOTT !!!!

RE:GREAT SCOTT !!!!Wow! lol! To be a fly on the wall! For an inisider to dump all their shares at such a price makes one wonder what the....????? That's about a million dollar haircut on that share sale from the 52 week high! What would make one do that???? I have heard financing is getting harder to get right now, maybe it is worse out there than I think? The longer it takes to make a deal, the higher the interest rates are climbing! What does the extra hundreds of millions in debt and higher rates do to the project economics, AISC and IRR. If you almost double the project cap cost, and add an additional approx. $400 million at higher interest rates!  Does that mean there will have to be alot more dillution than I think in a normal situation??? Time will tell, but that sale makes me humbly question what I may be missing, if we have seen the bottom yet, and how low this can go? Good luck to everyone. Not sure of what to think here. Just my opinion. dyod.
