DOD's three source planGood Morning All,
I woke to the sound of hammers next door. The owner is having a roofing company put a new roof on the house so her can sell it before the market cools any more. I am on my first cup of Folgers so hopefully it makes sense to you all.
DOD hates single source supply, but is forced into it at time by congress, example EB for building subs. Ideally DOD love at least three sources of supply. Mountain Pass got money to figure out the last ten percent of separation so they don't have to send REEs to China for the last stage of separation. That would be the first source.
Lynas just got 120 million for first stage development of a separation plant here in the US. That would be the second source. That should make Ausheds happy. See link below.
So that leaves Ucore as the three source? Only if they can get there act together. So what is next? Sell an option for the mining rights to the old Ross Adams mine? Sale of stock or stock options? Commission the demo plant? What every they do I think DOD will be watching.
