Absolutely agree. Marshall will do what is best for himself, then the rest of the board, followed by the success of the company, and lastly what is in the best interests of investors. Nothing new there that is pretty typical of these types of investments and to be fair a lot of other markets behave that way as well.
Now, that being said Marshall has made it very clear that a RS is not in the cards right now and I think that is a win in itself. I'm just struggling to wrap my head around the blind faith that some have in Marshall and team. As the number of outstanding shares continue to grow I will regularily weigh the dilution against the new revenue that it creates and if one doen't warrant the other then I will continue to ask the RS question. If Marshall can't handle that then too bad.
