Abcourt's New Financial Advisor is *Red Cloud*

Abcourt's New Financial Advisor is *Red Cloud*    This could be a big deal for Abcourt Mines!

Red Cloud Securities could provide the financing mechanisms (via private placement) to help fund many of Abcourt Mine's future endeavors. Once the roll back has occurred, the investment advisor will then be a better position to contact a suitable investment group and consumate a deal.

Hopefully, a new private placement may already have been arranged subject to the finalizing of the Pershimex acqusition that Abcourt's press release has just recently announced. That would help provide some measure of price stability for Abcourt's shares once the roll back has occurred.

The new private placement could provide financing for the Abcourt-Barvue mine, additional monies towards commercializing the SG mine and/or exploration funds for the Elder mine and any additional properties that Abcourt's management deem necessary in the short run. This is yet to be determined.

It shouldn't be too difficult to find the necessary funds from suitable high net worth individuals.  Abcourt has certain high value assets, very close to exploitation. And many more interesting possibilities may soon exist in a new inventory of Abcourt's properties, once the Peshimex new deal is struck.

Abcourt's past CEO encouraged moves of only "one step at a time."

Pascal Hamelin, Abcourt's new CEO, appears to be, a little more ambitious!

                                                          Why wait for better success!

New deals could be struck and soon!

It's in everyone's best interest to do so.

                                                                  All the best! Java
