JDSD, I agree with those comments. However, it seems that on this board the bulls believe that when the share price of WELL is trending up it is indicative of the market recognizing WELL's true value as a company, and when its trending down, it is driven by sentiment and pessimism; likewise the bears believe that when the share price of WELL is trending down it is indicative of the market recognizing WELL's more realistic value and when it is trending up its driven by sentiment and unrealistic euphoria, etc.
I think, however, in today's market everyone should honestly acknowledge that WELL's share price is being pulled down along with virtually every other stock's share price on the index, and so I think we have a good case for saying recent market movements are sentiment driven, as we are all caught up in a general market movement down. In other words, the downward movement in WELL's share price has nothing to do with its intrinsic worth, but everything to do with general market conditions, and sentiment.
