Anybody can grow assets by overpaying.
this is exactly what the CEO had been doing over the past two years.

I remember the CEO say "don't worry about the debt".

well, here we are in a rising interest environment.

any free cash flow should be put toward debt reduction and share buybacks.

CEO should be ousted.
