Another So Quiet episode...

Another So Quiet episode...Is it because of this "Sell Sell Sell" mentality that caused a drop of close to 20% after hitting a high of $4.07 ?  
.
All the experts out there, will YGR drop back down below $3.00?  Time to buy?  Still a takeover target?
