The Company is focused on building or enhancing UMO re-refineries and licensing its intellectual property to third parties around the world. Its first ReGen facility is in the site selection and negotiation phase in the United States Gulf Coast.

Increase yearly ebitda from $200 million US to $230 million US.    


Increase GHG emissions reductions from 725,000 t/yr to 903,000 t/yr.
