If you search Pallinghurst, they have a clear vision and a decent track record. The truth is any new miner needs a strategic partner with clout and capital to get the project off the groung, otherwise NMG would still be sitting there with nothing happening yet. There are lots of new prospects out there with no instatutional investers backing them and no strategic partners, only insiders and retail investers. Many or these will never get off the ground without big money coming in.
So yes, NMG had to give up some of it's control to be in line with Pallinghurst and some painful choices have been made but at least NMG has the $$ backing to get the project done and ultimatley become a profitable venture and perhaps even pays dividends or buy shares back one day.
No, this is not another Nemaska.
NMG is going to make it, and make it big. Like they say, go big or stay home. IMO.
