Other US LNG terminals picking up slack from Freeport

so doesnt sound like we are actually losing 2bcf of export capacity while Freeport is down as others ramp up production beyond nameplate capacity..wonder what the net loss is from Freeport being down? 1bn? When does the market clue in?
